We anticipate shipping your product within 30 days of receipt of a properly completed order. If we are unable to ship your order within thirty (30) days, we will promptly seek your approval to extend the shipping time or cancel the order and make a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. FlooringMax.Com, Inc. will not thereafter accept any returns or cancellations of any order.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence shall FlooringMax.Com, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use (or inability to use) the information and materials on this Site or any products purchased through this Site. Your remedy for any damages shall be limited to the return of your purchase price.
